Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
Drive revenue, profitability, GOP and overall business performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve hotel objectives.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality and brand compliance.
Lead, motivate and develop the hotel team to achieve operational goals.
Monitor departmental budgets, costs, manpower and productivity.
Drive sales, marketing and revenue initiatives in coordination with respective teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety and hygiene standards.
Handle guest feedback, complaints and key client relationships.
Conduct regular operational reviews and ensure timely corrective actions.
Prepare and review MIS, forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
Coordinate with Corporate Office on business, HR, finance, sales and operational matters.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
