RK Life Care INC is looking for a responsible, well-organized, and skilled Office Assistant to join our team in Vadodara.

We are seeking a candidate who can efficiently manage day-to-day office activities, communicate professionally with clients and team members, and provide reliable administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and routine tasks.
Handle calls, emails, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, staff, and departments.
Maintain records and important documents.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Support management and ensure smooth office operations.

Candidate Requirements:




Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Personal/Office Assistant
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust coordination and organizational abilities
Good knowledge of basic office work and documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional, confident, and presentable personality
Willingness to travel whenever required
Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality
