Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, configuration & maintenance of hardware/software.
Provide first-level IT support (systems, networks, and applications).

Set up current employee workstations (laptops, email, accounts, etc.).
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with the IT team on projects and upgrades.
Learn recent tech areas like cybersecurity, cloud, and network ops.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
Understanding of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
