We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and guest-focused F&B; Service GSA to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Set up and maintain restaurant tables, service areas, and buffet counters.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Ensure guest requests and requirements are attended to promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Follow all hotel standards, SOPs, and food safety procedures.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.




Maintain proper grooming and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Freshers with a valuable attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Positive grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
