Job Description:

Delhivery is hiring an Assistant Team Lead (ATL) – Last Mile to support daily delivery center operations. This role involves managing shipments, supervising field staff, and ensuring smooth last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inbound and outbound shipment operations at the delivery center
Ensure quality checks and zero shipment loss (count & value accuracy)
Maintain duty rosters and monitor Field Executive attendance
Support delivery, pickups, NDC calling, and reverse logistics
Assist in achieving operational KPIs and productivity targets
Act as Team Lead during absence when required
Ensure safety, security, and compliance at the workplace
Handle reporting, data tracking, and basic operational analysis
Monitor manpower utilization and control operational costs




Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience: Fresher

Skills:
Basic computer knowledge
Working knowledge of MS Excel
