Job Responsibilities
Visit farmers, dealers, retailers, and agricultural markets regularly.
Promote and demonstrate company products such as seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemicals.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with farmers and channel partners.
Conduct field demonstrations and product awareness activities.
RequirementsRequired Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of agriculture and crop practices.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
Customer relationship and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
