Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions and execute product sales
Explain jewellery details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
Assist with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
Build robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
