Key Responsibilities
Develop production-ready patterns for woven & knitted garments.
Create and modify patterns using CAD software.
Handle grading, size sets, fitting, and pattern corrections.
Ensure correct measurements, garment construction, and fit.
Calculate and optimise garment average / fabric consumption.
Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Merchandising & Production teams.
Resolve fit and pattern issues during sampling and production.
Maintain pattern records and ensure timely product development.

Required Skills
10+ years of relevant Pattern Master experience.
Solid CAD and pattern-making skills.
Good knowledge of woven & knit garments, grading, fitting, and garment construction.
Understanding of fabric behaviour and consumption.
Experience with apparel brands/manufacturers/retail preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Technically solid Pattern Master who can independently manage Pattern Development → Grading → Fit Correction → Fabric Optimisation → Production.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
