We are hiring a Collection Executive to handle customer follow-ups for EMI payments, overdue accounts, and loan recovery. The candidate should ensure timely collections, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for pending payments
Collect EMI, loan repayments, and overdue amounts
Handle customer queries related to payments
Maintain collection records and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for account updates
Achieve monthly collection targets
Field visits if required
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in collections or recovery
Experience in NBFC, banking, or finance preferred
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and solid follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
