Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Manage cash, bank transactions, and petty cash.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
