Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base for HR Services, Payroll Services, Temporary Staffing Solutions, HR/Payroll Software, and HRMS Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales
Generate new business prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify potential clients across industries for HR outsourcing and software solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.




Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.

Product / Service Sales

Drive sales for the following services:
HR Services (Recruitment, Compliance, HR Outsourcing)
Payroll Processing Services
Temporary / Contract Staffing Services
HR & Payroll Software
HRMS / Employee Management Solutions

Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs and propose customized HR and technology solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and implementation teams for smooth onboarding.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
