Raw Material Testing: Check incoming milk for adulteration, temperature, acidity, fat content, and Solids-Not-Fat (SNF).
Process Monitoring: Supervise critical stages like pasteurization, homogenization, and chilling to ensure proper parameters are met.
Laboratory Analysis: Conduct chemical tests (e.g., moisture, pH) and microbiological analysis to detect bacteria or contamination risks.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Valuable Hygiene Practices (GHP) across the facility.
Compliance: Enforce standards governed by food safety authorities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, lab reports, and audit logs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
