Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to create a protected, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of early childhood education and a love for working with kids.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning
Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain records
Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and discipline
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s development
Organize classroom activities, events,



and celebrations
Encourage good behavior and build positive habits

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate with Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT/ECCE preferred)
1–3 years of experience in preschool or early education (Freshers with robust skills can apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of child psychology and development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
