Cyptrix RCM is hiring experienced Medical Coders for a Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) project.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of medical coding experience.
Previous experience working on Anthem / Elevance Health projects is mandatory.
Prior Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) experience is required.
Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
Valuable understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical documentation.
Ability to review medical records and accurately identify reportable diagnoses.
Ability to meet project-specific quality and productivity targets.
CPC / CRC certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and clinical documentation.
Identify and accurately code supported diagnoses.
Follow project and payer-specific coding guidelines.
Ensure accurate and complete diagnosis capture.
Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
Participate in QA reviews and implement feedback.
Maintain patient confidentiality and data-security standards.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on Anthem / Elevance Health Medicaid Risk Adjustment experience will be given priority.





Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
