Job Description

We are looking for a self organised candidate to work at our Hospital Insurance Desk and assist with health insurance claims, reimbursement and patient-related insurance processes. Responsibilities
Handle health insurance and reimbursement-related activities at the hospital insurance desk.
Assist patients and their families with insurance-related documentation.
Collect, check and organize required medical and insurance documents.
Coordinate with hospital departments, patients, TPAs and insurance companies.
Assist with cashless and reimbursement claim processes.
Follow up on pending approvals, queries and required documents.
Track and update claim status.
Prepare emails and basic claim-related communication.
Maintain proper records of insurance claims and documents.




Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned cases.

Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel and email.
Valuable documentation and coordination skills. - Comfortable interacting with patients and hospital staff.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in hospital insurance, TPA, medical billing, claims or healthcare administration will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits - ₹13,500 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
