Attend to walk-in, online, and telephone enquiries from prospective customers.
Understand customer needs, budget, and vehicle preferences.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Generate current leads through follow-ups, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Negotiate prices and close vehicle sales in line with company policies.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/DMS systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process and maintain solid customer relationships.
Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on current models, product features, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Skills : English is a Must

Should know how to Drive and should have valid DL
