Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and understand travel requirements
Prepare and sell domestic & international tour packages
Coordinate with clients and travel partners
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Requirements:
Previous experience in the travel & tourism industry preferred
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of tour packages and destinations
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
