VIDEO EDITOR CUM TRAINER

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor cum Trainer who can independently create high-quality content while also training and mentoring our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, creative storytelling ability, and a valuable understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Reels, ads, personal branding, influencer content, podcasts, interviews, and brand videos

Handle colour grading, sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic VFX
Work on green screen and short-form social media content
Train and mentor junior editors/interns on editing techniques and workflows
Review team output and provide creative/technical feedback

Stay updated with latest editing trends, AI tools, and social media formats*
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project delivery
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for content requirements

Requirements
2–5+ years of professional video editing experience,



preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency
Robust portfolio/showreel with diverse editing work
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
Good understanding of motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, VFX, and storytelling
Ability to train, guide, and improve junior team members
Strong creative eye, communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
