Position: Data Management Executive – NAS & Digital Data

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Data Management Executive to manage and maintain the company's digital data stored on the NAS Drive. The person will be responsible for keeping official, personal, and event-related data properly categorized, updated, organized, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update company data on the NAS Drive.
Organize data into proper categories such as Official, Personal, Event-wise, Department-wise, and Person-wise.
Create and maintain individual folders for employees/persons as required.
Organize Event Photos, Videos, Documents, Designs, Client Data, and other digital assets.
Upload, copy, move, and organize recent data in the correct folders.
Follow proper file and folder naming conventions.
Identify duplicate, misplaced, or unnecessary files and report them to the concerned team.
Maintain historical data using proper Year / Month / Event-wise folder structures.
Locate and provide required files/data to the concerned team or person.
Maintain a consistent and organized folder structure across the NAS.
Handle company data with confidentiality and responsibility.




Regularly verify that required data has been uploaded and organized correctly.
Report any data-access or NAS-related issues to the IT Team.

Basic NAS Knowledge

Technical NAS administration is not required, as NAS configuration and maintenance will be handled by the IT Team.

However, the candidate should have basic knowledge of:
Accessing files and folders on a NAS/Network Drive
Uploading, downloading, copying, moving, and organizing files
Creating and managing folders
Basic network/shared-drive access
Handling large files, especially photos and videos

Required Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Positive file and folder management skills
Good organizational and data-handling skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle large volumes of digital data
Basic Windows knowledge
Positive communication and coordination skills
Previous experience handling photos/videos or digital media data will be an advantage

Technical Responsibility:

NAS configuration, storage management, RAID, backup, networking, troubleshooting, and other technical maintenance will be handled by the IT Team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
