We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize and lead digital marketing campaigns while managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
Expertly manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads with a solid focus on lead generation, conversions and ROI.
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve Google rankings and organic visibility.
Work on AI/LLM search visibility (GEO/AEO) to improve brand presence across AI-driven search platforms.
Develop digital strategies for lead generation, brand visibility and business growth.
Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and lead quality.
Conduct keyword, competitor and market analysis.
Lead and guide the SEO, social media, content and performance marketing team.
Communicate with clients, understand their business objectives and convert them into actionable digital strategies.




Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.

Must-Have Skills
Solid hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Solid knowledge of SEO and Google ranking
Understanding of GEO/AEO and visibility in AI/LLM search
Proven experience in lead-generation campaigns
Strong analytical and campaign-optimization skills
Team leadership and client-handling capability
Ability to take ownership of results, not just execute tasks

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 4–7+ years in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Role Level: Senior Executive / Manager / Team Lead

Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual campaign results, lead-generation performance and SEO/visibility improvements from previous projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
