Key Responsibilities1. Production Management
Oversee nickel and chromium electroplating processes
Ensure production targets are met (output, quality, deadlines)
Monitor bath parameters like:

Process Control
Maintain plating baths (Nickel bath, Chromium bath)
Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, pickling, activation)
Control thickness and uniformity of coating
Troubleshoot defects like:
Peeling
Burning
Pitting
Poor adhesion
Quality Assurance
Inspect finished parts for:
Thickness
Brightness
Corrosion resistance
Use testing methods like:
Micrometer testing
Salt spray test
Maintain quality records
Team Supervision
Manage operators and technicians
