Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
