Key Requirement
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing/industrial HR will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of labour laws, statutory registers, returns and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily HR operations and employee relations.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support and HR documentation.
Ensure PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and labour law compliance.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate training and HR activities.
Maintain HR records, statutory registers and reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
