Job Profile – Automotive Dealership Accountant
Handle day-to-day branch accounting operations
Manage cash, bank and daily transaction entries
Handle customer receipts, payments and account reconciliation
Monitor sales and service-related financial transactions
Verify invoices, purchase bills, expense bills and supporting documents
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations
Monitor customer outstanding and dealer receivables
Coordinate with Sales, Service,
Parts and Admin teams for accounting requirements
Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in the dealership DMS/ERP
Assist in monthly closing, MIS and financial reporting
Support GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other statutory accounting requirements
Maintain proper documentation for internal and statutory audits
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and controls
