Webincube is looking for an experienced Upwork Freelancer Bidder to help us generate qualified leads and win current projects for our digital marketing and web development agency.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Upwork bidding, writing personalised proposals, and converting leads into clients. You will be responsible for finding relevant projects, submitting compelling proposals, communicating with potential clients, and helping grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
Find relevant Upwork projects for SEO, WordPress, web development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing
Write and submit personalised, client-focused proposals
Manage Upwork messages and follow up with potential clients
Build long-term client relationships and generate qualified leads
Track bidding activity and project conversions

Requirements
Previous experience as an Upwork bidder or business development specialist




Robust English writing and communication skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and web development services
Ability to write winning proposals and understand client requirements
Proven experience generating leads or winning projects on Upwork

Compensation

Monthly salary or commission-based, depending on experience and performance.
