Convert ideas into sharp briefs for designers and video editors
Ensure output quality matches the strategy
Work closely with performance team for alignment
Content & Shoot Involvement
Script reels, ads, and storytelling content
Plan and assist in shoots when required
Guide creators and team on what to capture and why
AI-First Working
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, research, and execution
Build workflows using AI, not shortcuts
Maintain quality while scaling output
What We’re Looking For
Atleast 1 years experience in marketing / content
Strong understanding of content + performance together
Can think in campaigns, not just posts
Valuable communication. Clear, structured, no fluff
Has used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc in real work
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, slightly chaotic setup
