JOB PROFILE

We are looking for an experienced & result-oriented Senior Packing Supervisor to supervise complete packing operations for automobile spare parts and engine components, ensuring export-standard packaging, quality, accuracy, productivity and timely dispatch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise daily packing operations

· Manpower planning & team management

· Ensure correct part identification, quantity & labelling

· Export packing as per customer specifications

· FIFO & traceability

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores & Dispatch

· Prevent damage, rust, scratches, contamination & mix-up

· Monitor packing productivity & dispatch targets

· Control packing material consumption & wastage





· Packing documentation & Excel records

· Palletization, stacking & loading

· Handle packing-related customer complaints

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Robust knowledge of automobile spare parts / precision components packing

· Export packaging, palletization, strapping & wrapping

· FIFO, 5S, traceability & inventory control

· Valuable manpower handling & team-management skills

· Robust focus on quality, productivity & dispatch timelines

· Basic Excel & packing/dispatch documentation knowledge

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in Automobile / Auto Components / Engineering Components / Export/ Industrial Packaging & Dispatch.
