An STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the sewage treatment plant to ensure proper treatment of wastewater and compliance with required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor STP equipment and treatment processes.
Check pH, flow, DO, sludge level and other basic parameters.
Operate pumps, blowers, agitators, dosing systems and filters.
Monitor chemical dosing and maintain required levels.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Maintain daily plant operation logs and readings.
Identify abnormal conditions and report equipment/process issues.
Handle sludge dewatering and disposal activities.
Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping around the plant.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
