Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our clients’ online marketplace accounts. The candidate will handle product listings, order processing, inventory updates, marketplace operations and performance reporting across platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Flipkart and Walmart.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload and optimize product listings.
Conduct product, competitor and keyword research.
Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and bullet points.
Manage product prices, inventory and variations.
Process orders, returns, refunds and cancellations.
Monitor account health and resolve marketplace issues.
Coordinate with design, advertising and operations teams.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Support promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.




Communicate professionally with customers and marketplace support teams.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research and create creatives.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, eBay, Flipkart or Shopify will be preferred.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Details
Office timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work mode: Work from Office
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
