Manage and maintain relationships with existing and current clients.
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
Generate new business opportunities and acquire current clients.
Prepare proposals for Events, BTL Activations, Branding, Digital, and ATL services.
Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects with high-quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth project execution.
Supervise events and branding activities on-site.
Follow up on project progress and client feedback.
Monitor outstanding payments and support collections.
Travel for client meetings, site visits, and event execution as required.
Maintain project reports, client records, and business updates.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
