Mentor is a leading foreign language institute in Gurugram offering German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, English & IELTS.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound enquiries for language courses (Calls, WhatsApp, Walk-ins)
Counsel students/parents, explain course details, batch timings, fees & career scope
Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions - Achieve monthly admission targets
Schedule and coordinate demo classes with trainers
Maintain CRM / lead sheet,
daily follow-up report
Support during admission process, documentation & fee collection
Build solid rapport with students for referrals & retention
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi (Must)
Convincing & counselling skills with target-driven mindset
Basic computer - MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM handling
Prior experience in Education / EdTech / Coaching sales is a plus
