About the Role:

We are hiring an organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator for our Real Estate firm to manage property lead flow, support marketing campaigns, track CRM data, and assist our sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Track incoming property leads and assist the sales team.
Assist with social media posts, property email campaigns, and promotional events.
Update CRM records, maintain buyer databases, and generate weekly sales reports.
Prepare project brochures, sales collateral, and coordinate with vendors & channel partners.
Handle initial client/buyer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales rep.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Marketing, or Admin support is strictly required).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and standard CRM software.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and robust multi-tasking ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
