Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to manage day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely movement of materials/orders.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily dispatch and loading activities.
Coordinate with the warehouse, transporters, and internal departments.
Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents and records.
Ensure materials/orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Monitor loading, unloading, and vehicle movement.
Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and basic reports.
Coordinate with drivers and transport partners regarding delivery schedules.




Resolve routine dispatch and delivery-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up until delivery.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or related operations.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently.
Candidates comfortable with day-to-day operational responsibilities will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
