We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our domestic and commercial solar sales business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
Drive residential and commercial solar business development.
Build robust relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate clients.
Manage sales pipelines, negotiations, and order closures.
Monitor market trends and identify recent business prospects.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales or a related industry.
Experience in domestic and commercial solar sales preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
