We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Reception Coordinator to manage front-desk operations at our wellness and weight-loss clinic. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
Manage front-desk operations and daily reception activities.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client queries.
Schedule and coordinate client appointments and consultations.
Maintain appointment calendars and follow up with clients for visits.
Coordinate between clients, consultants, dieticians, trainers, and clinic staff.
Explain basic information about wellness and weight-loss programs to clients.
Maintain client records, registration forms, and required documentation.
Handle billing, receipts, and basic payment coordination when required.
Follow up with existing clients regarding appointments and program sessions.
Support client retention and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness,



discipline, and qualified standards at the reception area.
Prepare daily reports related to appointments, walk-ins, follow-ups, and collections.
Escalate customer concerns or complaints to the concerned team.
Support the clinic team with administrative and operational activities.

Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree / Diploma.
0–2 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or wellness.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, positive, and professional personality.
Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently.
Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
