Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents, handling admission enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Generate and manage leads and maintain accurate records.




Achieve assigned admission/conversion targets.
Assist students throughout the admission process and documentation.
Maintain daily counselling and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the internal admission and operations teams.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Robust interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech, education, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
