Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate appointments.
Explain hair, skin, laser, PRP, and other aesthetic treatments to customers.
Follow up with leads, consultations, missed appointments, and prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM/ERP.
Convert leads into clinic visits and treatment bookings.
Follow up with customers regarding packages, payments, and treatments.
Coordinate with the Front Office and doctors for smooth customer handling.
Achieve assigned calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
Aesthetic or clinic experience will be preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
