We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate recent business, close clients, and manage client relationships for our digital marketing, influencer marketing, and artist management business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Identify and approach potential brands/clients for influencer marketing and artist collaboration opportunities.
Pitch our services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and convert leads into clients.
Follow up consistently and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Maintain a database of prospects, leads, follow-ups, and closures.

Required Skills
Solid communication, sales, pitching, and negotiation skills.




Comfortable making cold calls and handling outbound sales.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead generation and closures.
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencers, and brands.
Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/targets.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communication, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in business development/sales; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
