We are looking for a Tele Caller cum Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to counsel and guide potential clients/students. This role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and assisting individuals in making informed decisions about our services/courses.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students and follow up on inquiries.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services/courses.
Counsel potential clients/students based on their needs and interests.
Build and maintain solid relationships with leads to ensure conversions.
Maintain records of conversations and update the database regularly.
Follow up with interested candidates to maximize engagement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:
Education:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and persuasive ability.
Positive listening skills and a problem-solving approach.
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused mindset with a polite and professional attitude.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
