Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients/guests with a qualified attitude.
Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Support patient satisfaction and relationship-building activities.
Maintain guest records and follow up when required.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,936.44 - ₹25,481.54 per month
