Responsibilities
Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets
Conduct quantity take-offs and material analysis
Monitor project expenditures and financial progress
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
Robust knowledge of construction materials and methods
Proficiency in cost estimation and project budgeting
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
