We are looking for 2 motivated and confident graduates to join our team as Field Sales Executives.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our software products through door-to-door marketing and direct visits to local businesses.

Freshers are welcome. Good communication skills and confidence are more important than previous experience.

Responsibilities
Visit shops, businesses, and potential customers to introduce our software.
Explain the software features, perks, and pricing to customers.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Conduct basic product demonstrations when required.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain daily records of customer visits and leads.
Build good relationships with potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
BBA or any graduate qualification.
Freshers can apply – no previous experience required.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable personality.




Comfortable with door-to-door/direct field sales and marketing.
Basic computer knowledge.
Own motorcycle/bike is required.
Valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Advantages
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month fixed salary
Performance-based sales incentives
₹3 per km travel allowance for official field visits
