Responsibilities
Responsible for brand planning and brand management.
Maintain client business relationships
Understand client briefs and deliver effectively
Bridging the gap between the client and the team and decoding brief's for the team
Planning and prioritizing on accounts and their relevant projects both client facing as well as the internal delivery teams
Actively participate in pitches and campaigns across genres
Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients
Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account
Job Requirements & Skills
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Advertising Agency
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field
Independent and a good Team player, self-motivated, with determination to succeed
Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and to deliver outputs on time to client
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Assessing recent business opportunities with a solid revenue target in mind
Understanding of digital marketing and thorough knowledge of social media would be an added advantage
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Timely and effective reporting
