We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead HR and people initiatives in a rapid-growing health-tech startup. The role will partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture, attract and retain talent, and establish scalable HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organization development.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate, healthcare, sales, operations, and support functions.
Drive performance management, KRAs/KPIs, promotions, and talent development.
Own employee engagement, culture, retention, and employee experience.
Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, policies, and statutory compliance.
Develop compensation, incentives, and career development frameworks.
Drive HR analytics, HRMS, and monthly people dashboards.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
