Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to find potential customers, conduct online outreach and create qualified leads for our sales team.
Role Overview:
Someone who can find the right business prospects, run cold email, WhatsApp Marketing, Apollo and LinkedIn outreach using AI tools, follow up systematically, and generate qualified meetings/leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and research potential clients and decision-makers.
Create and maintain prospect databases.
Use Apollo and LinkedIn for prospecting.
Run cold email and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns.
Personalize outreach using AI tools.
Manage regular follow-ups with prospects.
Identify interested and qualified leads.
Generate meetings and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and outreach records.
Monitor responses and improve outreach activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Lead Generation or Outbound Sales.
Experience with email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach.
Working knowledge of Apollo.
Comfortable using AI tools.
Robust research, communication and follow-up skills.
