Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a agile approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and ensure seamless operations is a key part of daily activities, along with documenting findings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of system issues.
Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to system support and troubleshooting procedures.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
Strong understanding of database management principles and architecture.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex database issues effectively.
Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for databases.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
