Roles Responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Investment Banking to support complex fronttoback trading, risk, and posttrade systems. The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-impact financial solutions.
Engage with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
Analyzeand document business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements using BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
Support initiatives across the trade lifecycle (pretrade, execution, clearing, settlement, reporting).
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process optimization for recent products, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.




Translate complex capital markets concepts into clear requirements for development and QA teams.
Support UAT by defining test scenarios,validatingresults, and ensuring business sign-off.
Work in Agile or hybrid delivery models, contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR,DoddFrank).

Technical & Domain Skills Required
Solid knowledgeof Assetclasses: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives o Trade lifecycle and settlement processes o Risk management (market, credit, counterparty) o Corporate actions, reference data, and market data
Experience withfronttobackinvestment banking systems (OMS, EMS, risk, posttrade systems).

Tools & Technologies
Requirements and delivery tools: JIRA, Confluence
Processmodeling: Visio /Lucidchart
Data analysis: SQL (basic–intermediate), MS Excel
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, FIX / SWIFT messaging (preferred)
