Role Overview
The Field Executive (FE) is responsible for route-based delivery of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform route deliveries as assigned Ensure timely pickup and delivery of parcels Verify shipment details before delivery Collect proof of delivery (POD) as per process Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) responsibly, if applicable Maintain skilled behavior with customers Ensure proper handling and safety of parcels Requirements & Skills Minimum 10th pass Familiarity with local routes Ability to work in a morning shift Basic smartphone usage for delivery apps Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
