We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for energetic professionals who enjoy speaking with new people, building relationships, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads through outbound calls to potential jewellery retailers and business clients.
Prospect across multiple channels including cold calling, email, LinkedIn/Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
Understand and qualify prospects’ requirements and identify reliable/interested clients.
Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely responses to all leads.
Build professional relationships with prospects through effective communication and persuasion.




Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to smoothly transfer qualified leads for further conversion.

Skills Required:
1–2 years’ experience in telecalling / outbound sales in any industry.
Solid communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident in speaking with new people
Ability to handle rejection and continue calling Comfortable using Excel, email, and social media platforms
Good listening and persuasion skills
