Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and provide support to AMC fire staff during incidents and emergency situations.
Resolve software, application, and panel-related issues for users at the field level.
Provide handholding, guidance, and technical support to AMC staff to ensure smooth implementation and operation of systems.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Central Application Maintenance Team for further resolution.
Identify and report operational challenges, risks, and bottlenecks to the Quality Circle and Project Managers.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and uninterrupted operations.
Maintain regular communication with field teams and support continuous system performance and user satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
